Policy 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All appointments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Once an appointment is booked, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.
Missed Appointment:

If you miss a scheduled appointment, a $20 Reschedule fee will be applicable. If you miss a scheduled Business Strategy appointment, a $100 rescheduling fee will be applicable 
The rebooking fee must be paid by the end of the day of the scheduled appointment. 
Reschedule Policy:

It is your responsibility to reschedule appointments on time if needed.
Failure to reschedule a missed appointment within the stipulated time frame will result in automatic cancellation from our end.


Cancellation by Service Provider:

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or any breach of the terms outlined in this policy.
In the event of cancellation by us, no refund will be provided.


Communication:

Any communication regarding appointment changes or cancellations must be made through the designated channels provided by us.


Rebooking Process:

To rebook a missed appointment, select reschedule appointment plan and checkout.
The rebooking fee must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.

After the Rescheduling payment. The dates option available for your new appointment will be emailed to you. After 3  missed rescheduled Appointment your session is canceled without any refund on our end


Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no additional time will be added.
